PEMODENAN BENGKEL AUTOMOTIF (ATOM)

EPP 3 : PEMODENAN BENGKEL AUTOMOTIF (ATOM) 
Inisiatif untuk memodenkan dan mentransformasikan sektor perkhidmatan dan pembaikan automotif yang bertaburan/tidak tersusun.
Pendaftaran kenderaan semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun seiring dengan peningkatan populasi, tenaga kerja dan pembangunan bandar. Peluang-peluang ini boleh diterokai oleh sektor perkhidmatan automotif dan pembaikan automotif yang kini memberikan perkhidmatan untuk 1.8 juta kenderaan berdaftar.
Dengan menaik taraf standard sektor, pelanggan boleh mendapatkan perkhidmatan yang lebih baik dan juruteknik boleh memperoleh pendapatan yang lebih tinggi

PROJEK TRANSFORMASI KEDAI RUNCIT (TUKAR) OLEH KEMENTERIAN PERDAGANGAN DALAM NEGERI KOPERASI DAN KEPENGGUNAAN ( KPDNKK)


CENTBiZ Peruncitan dan Peniaga Kecil DPMMPP telah menganjurkan taklimat mengenai Projek Transformasi Kedai Runcit (TUKAR) oleh Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri, Koperasi dan Kepenggunaan (KPDNKK) pada 14 April 2011, di Bilik Persidangan DPMMPP.
Seminar ini dihadiri lebih 40 peserta yang terlibat dalam bidang perniagaan kecil dan peruncitan.

Taklimat ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan mengenai Projek TUKAR, yang merupakan satu usaha komprehensif kerajaan di bawah Program Transformasi Ekonomi (ETP) untuk transformasikan Malaysia ke arah sebuah negara berpendapatan tinggi menjelang tahun 2020. Salah satu daripada 12 Bidang Ekonomi Utama Negara (NKEA) yang akan dilaksanakan di bawah ETP ialah Pemborongan dan Peruncitan. Projek TUKAR adalah merupakan salah satu daripada Entry Point Projects (EPPs) yang bertujuan untuk memodenkan kedai runcit tradisional bagi meningkatkan tahap daya saing dalam persekitaran perniagaan peruncitan yang kompetitif melalui:
  • membangunkan kedai-kedai runcit tempatan jenis “mom and pop
  • meningkatkan tapah kompetitif peruncit dan perusahaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) tempatan
  • tingkatkan keupayaan perkhidmatan pelanggan
  • selarikan kualiti proses perniagaan secara menyeluruh
  • promosikan rantaian penawaran yang berkos efektif dan efisien
  • galakkan jualan produk berkualiti melalui pelabgai langkah
  • menyediakan peruncit untuk pelaksanaan Goods and Services Tax (GST)
EMPAT STRATEGI UTAMA PELAKSANAAN TUKAR

  • Memodenkan premis peruncit tradisional sedia ada
  • Menaiktaraf premis peruncitan tradisional sedia ada
  • Menggalakkan penyertaan koperasi dalam bidang peruncitan
  • Mewujudkan pusat pengedaran setempat


SYARAT-SYARAT PERMOHONAN

  • Perniagaan 100 peratus milik tempatan (milik tunggal/perkongsian/Sdn Bhd)
  • Berdaftar dengan Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM)
  • Mempunyai lesen Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) yang sah untuk mengusahakan kedai runcit
  • Pemilik kedai runcit berumur 23 tahun ke atas dan tidak melebihi 60 tahun
  • Kedai runcit telah beroperasi sekurang-kurangnya dua tahun
  • Keluasan kedai runcit tidak melebihi dua pintu kedai atau 2,500 kaki persegi

PEMBIAYAAN PINJAMAN PROJEK TUKAR

Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (Bank Rakyat)
Skop Pembiayan:
  • Pengubahsuaian/menaik taraf premis perniagaan
  • Pembelian mesin atau peralatan
Jumlah Pinjaman:
RM20,000 hingga RM60,000
Tempoh Pinjaman:
Sehingga 7 tahun
Caj Perkhidmatan:
3 peratus (3%) setahun

Taklimat Projek TUKAR ini telah dikendalikan oleh Ketua Penolong Pengarah KPDNKK, Encik Zahari Md Afandi. Beliau menerangkan mengenai pemilihan kedai-kedai  runcit bagi menyertai projek ini iaitu menepati syarat-syarat yang ditetapkan dan merangkumi semua kaum Melayu, Cina dan India.
Encik Zahari turut menerangkan mengenai kontraktor yang boleh dipilih oleh tuan punya kedai runcit tetapi perlu mengikut syarat-syarat yang disediakan oleh KPDNKK dan tidak melebihi tarikh perlaksanaannya. Bagaimanapun, pihak konsultan juga menyediakan kontraktor untuk tujuan pengubahsuaian.
Selain itu, beliau menerangkan bahawa jumlah pinjaman yang disediakan adalah untuk kerja-kerja pengubahsuaian dan tidak termasuk kos penambahan stok. Selain itu, beliau berkata, harga barang-barang juga tidak boleh dinaikkan bagi menampung modal yang dikeluarkan kerana peruncit mendapat barang-barang secara terus daripada konsultan yang dilantik. Bagaimanapun, pihak peruncit tidak diwajibkan untuk mengambil barang dengan pihak konsultan yang dilantik.
Konsultan yang dilantik ialah Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd, Carrefour dan Tesco Stores (M) Sdn Bhd.

மரண வாயிலில் இருக்கும் ஒரு கைதியின் முதல் கடிதம்




போதைப்பொருள் கடத்திய குற்றத்துக்காக மரணதண்டனை விதிக்கப்பட்டு இன்னும் 12 வாரங்களில் அத்தண்டனை நிறைவேற்றப்படுவதை எதிர்நோக்கி சிங்கப்பூர் சிறையில் காத்திருக்கிறார் சாபாவைச் சேர்ந்த யோங் வுய் கொங். அவர், அவரைக் காப்பாற்றுவதற்காக போராடும் இயக்கத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களில் ஒருவரான யேடியானுக்குக் கடைசி கடைசியாக பல கடிதங்களை எழுதியுள்ளார். அவற்றில் ஒன்று.
வணக்கம் யேடியான்,
உங்கள் கடிதத்துக்கு நன்றி. என் கதையைச் சொல்வதற்கு ஊக்கமளித்ததற்கும் உங்களுக்கு நன்றி. இது என் முதலாவது கடிதம். இதில்,என் சிறைவாழ்க்கை எப்படிப்பட்டது என்பதை அனைவருக்கும் தெரியப்படுத்த விரும்புகிறேன்.
முதலில் என்னை அறிமுகப்படுத்திக்கொள்ள விரும்புகிறேன்.என் பெயர் யோங் வுய் கொங். 2011-தொடக்கத்தில் என் 23வது பிறந்த நாளை சிறையில் கொண்டாடினேன்.சிறைக்கு வெளியில் ஏராளமான நண்பர்களும் அதைச் சேர்ந்தே கொண்டாடினார்கள்.
எதற்காக சிறையில் இருக்கிறேன்? சிங்கப்பூருக்குள் போதைப் பொருள் கடத்த உதவினேன். பிடித்து விட்டார்கள். பிடிப்பட்டபோது எனக்கு வயது 19. இப்போது சில ஆண்டுகளாக சிறையில் இருக்கிறேன்-மரணதண்டனையை எதிர்நோக்கியவாறு. எப்போதே அது நிறைவேறியிருக்கும். ஆனால், பலர் எனக்கு உதவும் முயற்சியில் ஈடுபட்டிருக்கிறார்கள். அதனால்தான் இத்தனை நாளாய் பிழைத்திருகிறேன். இல்லையேல் எப்பவோ உலகத்தை விட்டே போயிருப்பேன்.
எனக்கு மரணதண்டனை விதிக்கப்பட்டது என் தாயாருக்குத் தெரியாது.தொலைதூரம் சென்றிருப்பதாக அவரிடம் பொய் சொல்லியிருக்கிறேன். அதை அவரும் நம்பிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்.
சிறைக்குள் வாழ்க்கை எப்படி என்பதை அடுத்துச் சொல்கிறேன்.
காலை 4 மணிக்கெல்லாம் எழுந்து விடுவேன்.அலாரம் எனக்குத் தேவையில்லை.இதுவே நன்கு பழக்கமாகி விட்டது.எழுந்ததும் பல்துலக்கி, குளிப்பேன். காலை 7 மணிவரை புத்த சமய நூல்களை வாசிப்பேன். அதன்பின் 9 மணிவரை தியானம். நேரத்தைப் போக்குவதற்காக இதைச் செய்வதாக நினைத்துவிட வேண்டாம். இருக்கும் நேரத்தை நல்ல முறையில் செலவிடுவோமே என்ற எண்ணம்தான் காரணம்.
மரணத்தைக் கண்டு நான் அஞ்சவில்லை.
காலை 9 மணிக்குக் காலை பசியாறல். சைவ உணவுதான். நான் சைவம் என்பது சிறைக்காவலர்களுக்குத் தெரியும். அதனால் சைவ உணவுதான் கொடுப்பார்கள்.
இப்போதெல்லாம் சைவம் சாப்பிடுவதே பழக்கமாகிப் போனது. சைவ உணவு சாப்பிடுவதால் ஏற்படும் நன்மைகள் பல. அவற்றை அனுபவித்துத்தான் தெரிந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும். எல்லாரும் சைவ உணவை உண்ணும் பழக்கத்தைக் கைக்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்பேன்.
முன்பு, விரைவில் சாகப்போகிறோம் என்பதை நினைத்து அஞ்சுவேன். குலுங்கிக் குலுங்கி அழுவேன். இப்போது இல்லை. ஒவ்வொரு வாரமும் என்னைக் காணவரும் புத்த பிட்சு மரணபயத்தை விட்டொழிக்கும் வழியை எனக்குக் கற்றுத்தந்திருக்கிறார்.
இவ்வாண்டின் முற்பகுதியில் இங்கிருந்து ஒரு நண்பர் எங்களைவிட்டுப் பிரிந்தார். அவருக்காக நான் பிரார்த்தனை செய்தேன்.
என் உயிர் போகும்வரை, நேரத்தை நல்ல முறையில் பயன்படுத்தி இங்குள்ளவர்களுக்கு நல்ல புத்திமதிகளை எடுத்துரைப்பேன். போதைப் போருளை நாட வேண்டாம் என்று அவர்களுக்குக் கூறுவேன்.
கடந்த சில ஆண்டுகளாக என் அண்ணன் யுன் லியோங்குடன் என் உறவு வெகுவாக சீரடைந்துள்ளது. முன்பு, சின்னச் சின்ன விசயத்துக்கெல்லாம் சண்டையிட்டுக்கொள்வோம்.
இப்போது எங்கள் உறவு எவ்வளவோ மாறிவிட்டது. அவரின் உதவியின்றி இந்தக் கடிதத்தை எழுதியிருக்க முடியாது. திங்கள்கிழமைதோறும் அவர் என்னைப் பார்க்க வருவார். இருவரும் அரட்டை அடிப்போம். நான் புத்த சமயம் பற்றிப்பேசுவேன். அவர் கேட்டுக்கொண்டே இருப்பார்.  இப்படி இன்னும் எத்தனைத் திங்கள்கிழமைகளோ…..? 
உண்மையில், சிறையில் சிரமம் எதுவும் இல்லை. சிறைக்காவலர்கள் மரியாதையுடன் நடந்துகொள்கிறார்கள். என்னைப் பற்றி அவர்கள் உயர்வான கருத்தைக் கொண்டிருப்பதாக என் அண்ணன் சொல்வார். அதைக் கேட்டு நெகிழ்து போவேன்.
ஓய்வு நேரத்தில் சமய நூல்களை வாசிப்பேன்.சமய நூல்கள் எல்லாவற்றையும் பயில எனக்குப் போதுமான நேரம் இருக்காதே என்பதை எண்ணிக் கலங்குவேன்.பலரும் சிறையில் இருப்பதைச் சித்திரவதையாக நினைப்பார்கள். ஆனால் நான் அப்படி நினைக்கவில்லை. அங்குள்ள நேரத்தைப் படிப்பதில் செலவிட முடிகிறதே, அதை நினைத்து மகிழ்வேன்.
எனக்கு மந்திரங்கள் ஓதப் பிடிக்கும். ஆனால், சிறை விதிகளின்படி தியானத்துக்கு மணிமாலைகளைப் பயன்படுத்த முடியாது. அதில் உள்ள மணிகளைக் கூர்மையாக்கி ஒருவர் தன் உயிரை மாய்த்துக்கொள்ள முயலலாம் என்ற அச்சம்தான் காரணம். அதனால்தான் என்னைப் பார்க்கவரும் பிட்சு மாவைச் சின்னச் சின்ன மணிகளாக உருட்டி மாலையாகக் கோத்துக்கொண்டு வருவார். மந்திரம் சொல்லும்போது அவற்றைப் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்வேன்.
தற்கொலை என்கிறார்களே….அதை நான் நினைத்துக்கூட பார்த்ததில்லை. வாழ்க்கை அனுபவிக்கப்பட வேண்டியது. அதை வீணே அழித்துக்கொள்ளக்கூடாது.

காதலில் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்கு பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய வழிமுறைகள்



காதல் என்பது இளமையின் வசந்தகாலம். எல்லோருமே ஏதாவது ஒரு கால கட்டத்தில் காதலை கடந்து வந்திருப்பார்கள். எல்லா காதலுமே வெற்றி கரமாக திருமணத்தில் முடிந்திருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை. சின்ன சின்ன விசயங்கள்தான் பூதாகரமாக மாறி தோல்விக்கு அடிகோலியிருக்கும்.


காதலில் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்கு பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய வழிமுறைகள் குறித்து ஜெயித்த காதலர்கள் சிலர் கூறிய விசயங்களை இங்கே பகிர்ந்து கொள்கிறோம். இப்போது காதலிப்பவர்கள் இவற்றை பின்பற்றலாம்.

- காதல‌‌ர்க‌‌ளி‌ல் இரு வகை உ‌ண்டு, பெரு‌ம்பாலு‌ம் பே‌சி‌ப் பழ‌கிய‌ப் ‌பி‌ன்னரே காதல‌ர்களாக ஆவது‌ம், பா‌ர்‌த்த மா‌த்‌திர‌த்‌‌திலேயே காத‌ல் உ‌ண்டா‌கி காதலை‌த் தெ‌ரி‌வி‌த்த ‌பி‌ன் காதல‌ர்களானவ‌ர்களு‌ம் உ‌ண்டு.இ‌தி‌ல் எ‌ந்த வகையாக இரு‌ந்தாலு‌ம், காதல‌ர்க‌ள் ‌சில அடி‌ப்படையான ‌விஷய‌ங்க‌ளி‌ல் அ‌திக கவன‌ம் செலு‌த்த வே‌ண்டு‌ம்.

- காத‌ல் ம‌ற்றவ‌ர்களு‌க்கு வே‌ண்டுமானா‌ல் தெ‌ரியாம‌ல் இரு‌க்கலா‌ம். ஆனா‌ல் காத‌லி‌‌ப்பவரு‌க்கு தெ‌ரியாம‌ல் இரு‌க்க‌க் கூடாது. காதலை மறை‌ப்ப‌தி‌ல் எ‌ந்த பயனு‌ம் இ‌ல்லை. தை‌ரியமாக வெ‌ளி‌ப்படு‌த்‌தினா‌ல் ம‌ட்டு‌ம் ‌நீ‌ங்க‌ள் காதலராக முடியு‌ம்.

- உ‌ங்க‌ள் ந‌ண்ப‌ர்க‌ளிட‌ம் எ‌ல்லா‌ம் மா‌ய்‌ந்து மா‌ய்‌ந்து ‌நீ‌ங்க‌ள் காத‌லி‌ப்பதை தெ‌ரி‌வி‌ப்பதை ‌விட ஒரு ‌நி‌மிட‌ம் தை‌ரியமாக‌ச் செ‌ன்று ‌நீங்கள் காதலிப்பவரிடம் உங்கள் காதலை வெளிப்படுத்துங்கள்.

- எதை வேண்டுமென்றாலும் மறக்காலம் காதலிப்பவரின் பிறந்தநாளை மட்டும் மறக்கக்கூடாது. துணையுடன் இணைந்து சிறப்பாக கொண்டாடுங்கள். பிறந்தநாள் நினைவில் இல்லாதது போல இருந்துவிட்டு பின்னர் பரிசு கொடுத்து அசத்தலாம்.

- ஈகோ மனப்பான்மை இருக்கக்கூடாது. இதுதான் காதலர்கள் பிரிவதற்கு முக்கிய காரணியாக உள்ளது.

- ரகசியம் காப்பது காதலில் மிகவும் முக்கியம். காதலர்களுக்குள் இருக்கும் ரகசியங்கள் அவர்களுக்கு மட்டும் தெரிந்தவையாக இருக்கவேண்டும்.

இப்படி இன்னும் இன்னும் நிறைய. அத்தனையையும் பின்பற்ற முடியாவிட்டாலும் கூட நச்சென்று நாலை கையில் எடுத்தால் இனிமையான காதல் உங்கள் வசமாகும்.
