Responsibilities:
Creating precise and well structured Business documents, Technical documents and other project related documents.
Business documents comprised of case studies, business letters, company brochures, project proposals, and signoff and agreement documents
Technical documents comprised of the functional requirements specifications, installation manuals, and user guides and help files.
Formatting, editing, proofreading, design and layout of the documents.
Creating screens, diagrams, charts and PowerPoint presentations.
Formulate and write content on the basis of verbal input and feedback.
Understand, evaluate and interpret content in simple terms.
The content development process included reference to technical documents. Attending knowledge sharing sessions. Using the application for functionality verification. Interviewing developers, quality assurance teams and subject matter experts.

Prepare frequently asked questions (FAQ) and glossary documents.
Language design for Projects. Working on the user interface language design.
Participate in documentation reviews to ensure that the content has a logical flow and incorporate feedback and changes from reviewers.
Review functional and technical documentation to determine what needs to be added or changed in the existing documentation.
Verify technical accuracy of information to facilitate the content development process and ensure that documentation deliverables adhered to approved specifications.
Track and fix documentation changes using the Bugzilla tool and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Should be fluent in English-written and spoken
