*Assist the Managing Director in the Corporate Affairs function in Malaysia and
emerging markets.
*Build and develop external affairs strategy for MHDM to ensure that the Company
is a leader in the imported wines and spirits in terms of governmental
intelligence and knowledge of

regulatory environment and has the ability to influence key external bodies.
*Implement / develop alcohol social policy and environmental initiatives for
Malaysia and emerging markets.

* Align corporate affairs position regarding market access, alcohol social
policy, consumer protection, environment and crisis management
* Monitor and keep MD updated on the change of government policies and media
coverage which may affect the company’s business or image
* Make analysis of intelligence gathered, public policy, regulatory environment
changes, and synthesis into policy positions for the company’s interest
* Establish and maintain a network of contacts & relationships with relevant
government authorities / trade organizations:
Government Engagement – work with various department on providing information in
the wines and spirits industry
EU Delegation, French / US / British / Australian Embassies or Consulates –
support and lobby for tariff and non-tariff barrier matters
Industry Engagement – liaise with various industry players to prepare position
paper on wines and spirits for lobbying and/or leverage the case to EU level if
necessary
* Develop a comprehensive understanding on health and product regulations which
may affect wines and spirits
* Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST !
Salary Range (RM5,000 – RM6,500 per month.
Working hours : 8.30 am - 5.00pm - Mondays to Fridays.

Lead a team to become a high performing department that provides seamless administration support to the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities
•Maintain office areas, furniture, fixtures and fittings.
•Maintain and purchase office furniture and equipment.
•Manage the full spectrum of file management matters.
•Update information on relevant systems as and when required.
•Oversee the review of vendor service agreements and office insurance.
•Provide office induction for new employees.

•Prepare minutes,letters and agendas as and when required.
•Participate in vent management occasionally.
•Liaise with the landlord on building management matters.
