IMT-GT is one of the most active and successful sub-regional economic cooperation in Asean. We are seeking suitable candidates to apply for the position:
CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES (INBOUND) ( PERMANENT)
Responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers either through telephone or electronic device
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Keep records of customer interactions and transaction
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Follow up action on customer interactions
Requirements:
• Candidates must possess at least a SPM / Certificate in Call Centre or equivalent.
• Credit in SPM (Bahasa Malaysia & English Language)
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Language proficiently (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Language
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Must be computer literate
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Communication skills - verbal and written
• Problem analysis and problem-solving
• Able to work in teams
• Stress tolerance and initiative
• Matured and possess high level of commitment towards work
• Applicants should be Malaysian or hold relevant residence status
