Dear Friends my client is currently looking for a HR Assistant, please refer the requirement and responsibilities as follow.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting day to day human resource and administration function.
- Purchasing of Stationery, Printing Form and Beverage
- To perform clerical related duties such as typing and filing
- To maintain and update employee records, leave application records and training form
- Responsible in employee SOCSO claim matters
- To prepare employee, casual worker & practical trainee payroll
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree at any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
- Salary - RM1800 (depending on qualification)
- Open race and gender
