Bank Negara Malaysia has organized The Financial Sector Talent
Enrichment Programme (FSTEP) since December 2007, and 5 batches of graduates (784 participants) have taken part in this programme. It is open to all graduates with a CGPA >= 3.25. The graduate who is
selected will receive a monthly allowance of RM2,200. The graduate
will experience the real working environment in the financial sector
and has a high chance to be absorbed as a permanent staff in the
sector. This is an intensive 1 year programme and the focus will be on
conventional banking, investment banking, Islamic banking and
insurance and takaful. The graduate can be from any degrees i.e.
science, engineering, accountancy, economy, etc. Please register at
