Location : Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur (for both the positions below)

Salary : Max RM2500 (for both the positions below)

 

Position 1 : Payroll Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Payroll Manager in maintaining payroll systems & records
• Check commission & payroll calculations
• Verify & process expenses claims
• Ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in Payroll/HR/Finance roles
• Preferably degree/diploma/certificate in accounting, or studying for accounting qualification
• MS Office skills (Excel)
• Fluent in English, spoken & written

Position 2 : Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist the Finance Manager in the financial control & reporting for a country/countries within the Asia Pacific Region, including:

•  Maintain financial systems & records
• Prepare accounting & management reports
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in accounting/finance roles
• Preferably degree/diploma/certificate in accounting, or studying for accounting qualification
• MS Office skills (Excel)
• Fluent in English, spoken & written
