Position: Demand Management Analyst.

This role is to perform duties as a GF BIM Demand Planning Analyst. In this role, the DPA carries out many of the following activities:
1. Operational Invoice Payments and Advice
2. Operational Cost and Volume Reporting for ISP Services
3. Supporting the Infrastructure Planners with Business Analysis activities
4. Financial reviews and Latest estimates (LE) process for Infrastructure budgets
5. Participate in project activities (TRACED, Volume Verification etc)
6. Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Volume Verification process under the Infrastructure Invoice to Pay area
7. Responsibility for Infrastructure data and organization heirachy in Supporting Toolset
8. Responsibility for Asset Management Codes, reporting and Cleanups
9. Process Improvement activities and documentation

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Busines Analyst with some IT Financial experience; budget planning, latest estimates, actual reporting is advantage.
- Strong business analysis skills preferred. Background in corporate financial processes and reporting.
- Stakeholder management, Strong communication skills, Virtual working leadership.
- Previous Shell IT experience preferred with strong references.
